Lisa's philosophy to a quality life is built around health and well-being. Over the years, her love of dance developed into a full-time fitness career. After receiving her BFA, she channeled her focus into becoming a certified Pilates instructor. Over the past 15 years of developing her clients' capabilities, Lisa worked to become a certified personal trainer, received certifications in barbells and Russian kettlebells from Strong First, and received her Animal Flow certification. Through years of self-practice and teaching numerous clients ranging from their 20s to 70s, she has learned the importance of proper movement mechanics for daily healthy living, and how to build strength safely. That combined with her knowledge of anatomy, has enabled her clients to move and feel better! Additionally, Lisa received her nutrition certification from Precision Nutrition to be able to coach clients on improved nutritional habits for a healthier lifestyle. She hopes to positively effect her clients' lives as much as possible.

There are many aspects to good health, but Lisa believes it really comes down to two basic components - fitness and nutrition. Lisa will custom-tailor her coaching to address your specific needs and goals.
