LISA MARIE KOCSIS | PILATES INSTRUCTOR

 

Lisa's philosophy to a quality life is built around fitness.  Over the years, her love of dance has developed into a full-time fitness career.  After receiving her BFA, she channeled her focus into her Pilates certification.  During the 15 years since her first Pilates session, Lisa worked to become a certified personal trainer and received her certification in Russian Kettlebells from RKC.  Through both years of self-practice and teaching hundreds of clients ranging from 20's to 70's, she has learned the importance of proper movement mechanics for daily healthy living. That, combined with her knowledge of anatomy, has enabled numerous clients to move and feel better! Additionally, Lisa received a nutrition certification to add another component to how she is able to positively able to affect her clients' lives.  

There are many aspects to fitness, but for Lisa, she believes it really comes down to two basic components - fitness and nutrition.  Lisa specializes in custom-tailored programming to address your specific needs and goals.
