Our athletic programs at PHLEX are designed by certified Exercise Physiologists and Athletic Trainers (sport and science experts), who have undergone extensive training to deliver the results you are looking for.  We provide comprehensive strength, conditioning and injury prevention programs that incorporate every component of athletic skill. No matter what starting point, from post Physical Therapy or just looking to get stronger/healthier, your sessions will focus on building an athletic base with mental focus that is fundamentally necessary to succeed in all aspects of life. Our clients, as either athletes on the field or executives coming from the office, ALL learn correct movement patterns and techniques that are used to increase flexibility, strength, speed, power, quickness and most importantly reduce injury risks.

What is an ATHLETIC TRAINER?

Athletic trainers (ATs) are highly qualified, multi-skilled health care professionals who collaborate with physicians to provide preventative services, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions. Athletic trainers work under the direction of a physician as prescribed by state licensure statutes.
