After working with Lisa, Kim and Erica, I am out of pain and feel connected to my body for the first time. Lisa has the ability to be patient while pushing me at the same time. When something doesn't feel right in my body she figures out another way. Kim is a magician!! Her energy and excitement towards helping me has brought me out of many funks. Erica is amazing. She is thoughtful in her approach and provides instruction breaking down exercises to allow me to access the correct muscle. Lisa, Erica and Kim are my spirit animals!

Accomplishments/Awards: Being able to run a 5K pain free after many physical issues and a year of physical therapy.

Tyler evaluated how I walked every time I went in and gave me exercises to balance me out. He taught me how to walk again in a more balanced way, which helped with the nerve pain I had been experiencing. I will always have a chronic condition, but now I can deal with it and go back to the activities I love."
